Jurisdictional Issues and Indemnification
Mountain Air Productions LLC is a company registered under the laws of the State of Kansas. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kansas. Any suit to enforce this Agreement shall be brought only in the state District Court of Johnson County, Kansas. User waives any objection to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
User is responsible for compliance with any applicable law when accessing or using this website. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
In the event a judgment is entered against the User in any action by or against User to enforce the obligations under this Agreement, User shall pay the prevailing parties’ attorney’s fees and costs incurred in the action.
Third Party Rights
Any third party beneficiary shall have the right to assert and enforce this Agreement directly against the User on its behalf.
